Optran Plus Advantage optical fibers offer 80% larger area of irradiation, or it can accept 80% more than typical NA 0.22 fiber optics - and offer high temperature capability in fused bundles and other configurations.

Ideal for a broad range of applications, from furnace monitoring to nuclear power plant use and sensing, as well as focusing to smaller spot sizes. Optran Plus Advantage fibers offer exceptional performance from 180 - 1200 nm (Optran Plus Advantage UV) and 350 - 2500 nm (Optran Plus Advantage WF). Core sizes for stock fibers range from 100 to 1500 µm, and several other sizes are offered - as well as custom-designed bundles and ferrules to meet any specification.
